Shipping

Our standard shipping method within the continental USA, except Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, is FedEx Ground service - Approx. 3-5 Business days delivery from shipping date. Other options include FedEx 3 Day service, 2 day delivery, and Next Day service; UPS Ground, UPS Express.

FedEx and UPS will NOT deliver to PO Boxes (can only be shipped via US Postal Service).
For international shipping, it is the customer's responsibility to pay all the local taxes and duties.
We accept the following paymnet methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Certified or Cashiers check, bank wire transfer. Wire transfer fee applies.

Shipping and billing address MUST be verified prior to shipping, NO EXCEPTIONS. With international credit cards, it may possibly take several days or longer to verify information. SWIT Electronics USA is not responsible for shipping delays due to time needed to verify address information.


Returns:

All returned merchandise must be in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, and documentation.

You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item purchased (shipping fee will not be refunded). Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase.

Return period: 30 days. No returns will be accepted without an RMA. Please contact our service team at Email: service@swit.us to request a return authorization.
